The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

      • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name phone number, contact number (personal or workplace)
      • Postal address - home or company
      • Workplace (for business data)
      • Website cookies (see cookie policy)
      • Financial information for the purposes of making payment either to or from All The Stage
      • Information collected by Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Services.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

      • To assist with your enquiry
      • To conduct business with you e.g. provide a quote or fulfil an order
      • To take payment from or make payment to you
      • To send you marketing information of which you have opted in to
      • To keep records of services or quotations provided to you in the past

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

      • Information collected by cookies your have opted into such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta.
      • Your bank if making a payment to us.
      • Through a third-party such as your appointed estate agent or photographer with whom we also work.

We use the information that you have given us in order to assist with your enquiry and/or offer you the service from All The Stage, in addition to any marketing activity you subscribed to.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@allthestage.co.uk

(b) We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.
Service enquiry data:
To supply you with a quote: We will store this information for a period of 12 months on our secure email and Monday.com.

Enquiries through third-parties including, but not limited social media channels and estate agents will also be subject to their privacy policy.

Upon completion of service: Your information including first name, last name, telephone number, email address, billing address, property address and  communications will be stored for a period of 12-months after the completion of the service. If you have consented to marketing, your information will be kept in accordance to the consent give (detailed below). The exception is invoicing details, see relevant selection.

The above excludes those who represent a company or organisations our relationship with you will be ongoing. We will store your data indefinitely, unless you withdraw consent.

Financial data: We are required to keep accounting records including copies of invoices for a period of at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year. After that point, the invoices will be deleted. This will include your name, billing address, email address and telephone number. This information will then be deleted from our accounting system, emails and Monday.com.

Opt-in to marketing: If you consent to receiving marketing communications. Your data will be held until you terminate your consent. If you unsubscribe directly through the email/text campaign, your email address and/or telephone number, first and last name will be kept on a suppression list to ensure you no longer receive said communications. You can ask for a permanent deletion by emailing info@allthestage.co.uk

Testimonials for use in marketing: Any testimonials provided from you to us to use in our marketing will require separate consent which will be outlined to you so you can determine what is published and where.

Any feedback left separately on third party websites will be covered processed under their privacy policy.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
